Rivers Construction completed a standing seam metal roofing installation on this Essex home with integrated skylights — one of the more technically demanding aspects of any metal roofing project. Proper skylight integration in a standing seam system requires precision flashing, sealant work, and panel layout planning from the start.
Sharkskin underlayment was installed throughout the deck, followed by the standing seam panel system with concealed clip fastening. The resulting roof is built for 50+ years with zero exposed fasteners and excellent thermal performance.
