Rivers Construction completed a full roof replacement on a large multi-plane residential home in Williston, Vermont. The three drone photos tell the whole story: the crew working across a complex hip-and-gable roofline mid-installation, ProArmor underlayment rolled across the field while shingles come up from below — and then the finished product, a clean gray Owens Corning roof across every plane with the summer lawn and trees framing it below.
The overhead installation shot shows the scale of this project: ProArmor covering the entire upper portion of the roof simultaneously while shingles work their way up from the lower planes. The crew is staged across multiple sections at once — some nailing shingles, others laying underlayment ahead, shingle bundles distributed across the deck so material is always within reach without unnecessary trips down.
The finished aerial shows the payoff: a uniformly gray Owens Corning roof across every hip, valley, and ridge — no visible seams at transitions, clean drip edge at every eave, and a site cleared of all debris. Williston is one of the busiest residential communities in Chittenden County, and this kind of large-home replacement is exactly what we do routinely across the area.
