This Williston property presented one of the more demanding roofing projects we've taken on — a large, multi-plane brick home with multiple roof elevations, skylights, transitions to flat rubber roofing, and several valley intersections requiring precise flashing work.
Our crew of eight completed a full tear-off of the existing system before laying ProArmor synthetic underlayment across every plane and ice & water shield at all eaves, valleys, skylight curbs, and penetrations. The finished system uses Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles — one of the most wind- and impact-resistant shingles available — throughout.
