Rivers Construction completed a full residential roof replacement on a multi-plane home in Underhill, Vermont. The aerial photo captures the crew mid-project — the large main roof section nearly complete while another team works the lower addition plane, everyone moving efficiently to get the home weather-tight before the day ends.
We installed Owens Corning Duration shingles over a full layer of ProArmor synthetic underlayment, with ice & water shield at all eaves, valleys, and penetrations. The close-up crew photo shows exactly how we run a job: multiple people working each plane simultaneously, shingle bundles staged efficiently, and the ProArmor underlayment clearly visible ahead of where the shingles are going down — a clean, sequenced installation that keeps the process fast without cutting corners on the system underneath.
Underhill sits in the foothills of the Green Mountains — the kind of location where a roof takes a real beating from winter wind loading, heavy snow, and ice damming at the eaves.
