Rivers Construction was brought in to handle the roofing on this garage addition in Stowe — a new structure built adjacent to an existing home, requiring the roofline to integrate cleanly with what was already there.
We installed ABC Pro Guard 80 synthetic underlayment across the entire deck, followed by full ice & water shield coverage at the eaves and valleys. The architectural shingles were matched to the existing home's color for a seamless look. The whole crew worked on fresh framing — no tear-off, just a clean start on a new structure built right.
